This limited release methode traditionelle is crafted from Derwent Valley apples and Riesling, using old world technique true to tradition. Aged on lees and matured in oak, the palate is complex and textural, reflecting true varietal characteristics.

THE CREAM OF THE CROP

Plenty Cornucopia is a rich and complex blend of Kingston Black, Yarlington Mill and Somerset Redstreak. Deep amber in colour, with perfumed layers of green apple skin, toffee and leather. Flavours of bright peach and chewy apple saturate the breadth of the palate & its chalky tannins are beautifully wrapped in sherbet acidity. Our cream of the crop, this cider will continue to develop in the bottle.

The term Cornucopia, or the ‘horn of plenty’, refers to an age old symbol of abundance and nourishment, commonly a large horn shaped basket overflowing with produce. We aim to craft ciders which allow you to experience fresh, full fruit flavours, befitting of this title.

The Plenty ‘Apple + Fronti’ is a blend of apple cider with Frontignan. This grape, traditionally grown in southern France, is rare commodity in Tasmania grown in very small quantities. Fronti is a Muscat variety of grape and compliments apple cider to a tee. Fruity and fun this is truly a cider for good vibes. A RARE SWEETHEART

DEMI-SEC

A French take on apple cider with the term demi sec meaning semi dry this cider is almost self-explanatory. Displaying lovely creamy textures & lower acidity this cider is more for the serious punter. Still very fresh in apple character it is a balanced cider that is seriously quaffable. FOR SERIOUS PUNTERS
