This limited release methode traditionelle is crafted from Derwent Valley apples and Riesling, using old world technique true to tradition. Aged on lees and matured in oak, the palate is complex and textural, reflecting true varietal characteristics.
Our labels pay homage to the colours of the Derwent Valley. Apple + Riesling green represents the Poplars, a well-known icon of the area. These are beautifully represented here as the brilliant green displayed through spring and summer, and the magnificent transformation to gold in autumn.
